Welcome to Mixle Events, a product of DataBox Technologies, LLC ("DataBox," "we," "our," or "us").

1. About Mixle Events

Mixle Events is an event engagement platform designed to help organizers create engaging event experiences and enable attendees to access schedules, speakers, sponsors, announcements, networking features, and other event-related content.

Some features may integrate with other products within the Mixle ecosystem.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian if permitted by applicable law, to use the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Accounts

Some features require you to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Keep your account credentials secure.
  • Promptly update any inaccurate information.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Event Access

Event organizers determine who may access their events, including guest list requirements, invitation rules, registration eligibility, and event codes.

Access to one event does not guarantee access to future events.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
  • Upload unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are solely responsible for the content they publish, including:

  • Event descriptions
  • Agendas and schedules
  • Speaker information
  • Sponsor information
  • Announcements
  • Registration requirements
  • Communications with attendees

DataBox provides the technology platform but is not responsible for organizing, operating, or managing individual events.

7. Speaker Content

Speaker biographies, photos, presentation materials, and social links are provided by organizers or speakers.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information.

8. Sponsor Content

Sponsors may provide banners, logos, promotional content, websites, offers, or other materials.

Interactions between users and sponsors are solely between those parties.

9. Networking Features

Some events may offer networking features, including attendee discovery, AI-powered recommendations, messaging, meeting requests, and profile sharing.

Participation is voluntary, and you control the information you choose to share.

10. AI Features

Mixle Events may use artificial intelligence to improve recommendations and personalize your event experience.

AI-generated recommendations are provided for convenience only and do not guarantee compatibility, business opportunities, employment, partnerships, or other outcomes.

11. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service.

By submitting content, you grant DataBox Technologies, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

12. Intellectual Property

The Mixle Events platform, software, branding, design, and technology are owned by DataBox Technologies, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Event-specific content remains the property of its respective owners.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may include links to third-party websites, ticketing services, sponsor websites, social media platforms, or other external services.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

14. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the integrity, security, or operation of the Service.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties
